Pricing
Service hours
Our rate is 100$ per hour for remote or onsite work.
Remote work is billed in 15mn increments.
On site work is billed in 30mn increments with a minimum charge of one hour.
Transportation
There is no transportation fee for on site work in Vancouver and Burnaby area.
Outside this area, transportation is billed 2$/km.
Computer support agreement
A support agreement cost $30.00/month per computer.
This price is discounted to $25.00/month per computer if pre paid for 12 months.
It gives you an unlimited email support for any usage problem you can have on this computer.
It also gives you a 25% rebate on the service hours you need. If you need us to come on site or to assist you by phone, it will cost you 75$/h instead of 100$/h.
Referal program
For each referral making business with us, you will get 10% of their initial purchase, or 10% on your next order, whatever your preference (can apply only once per order).
